Sturtevant, WI This project will be awarded a LEED "GOLD" certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, making it one of two of its kind in the entire nation. As the design/build mechanical contractor on this project, MPC utilized enhanced refrigerants, low VOC emitting materials and energy conserving equipment to contribute to the LEED project requirements at this 550,000 square foot single story distribution center. |

Uke's Harley Davidson
Kenosha, WI This high profile and very unique dealership located adjacent to interstate 94 in Kenosha, WI showcases a 7 story motorcycle display tower. Martin Petersen Company was selected as the contractor of choice to engineer, design and construct the entire HVAC mechanical system for this new "one of a kind" Harley Davidson sales & service facility. |

Johnson Wax International Corporation Headquarters
Racine, WI As the headquarters of the Johnson operations, the attention to detail in this building was critical. The architect took special note of the occupant's comfort and provided exceptional views of the Racine Harbor and Lake Michigan. Martin Petersen Company is honored to have provided all the mechanical plumbing systems for this seven story landmark corporate office building located in downtown Racine. The state of the art characteristics of this facility included a raised floor plenum throughout, requiring special consideration and coordination for the domestic water, storm, waste and vent system installations. |

Shoop Building
Racine, WI This historical structure, built as a two phase project in 1893 & 1899 has been a work in progress for Martin Petersen Co. since January of 2005. MPC has worked as a design assist partner/contractor to completely replace the existing HVAC system serving this six level facility. A major challenge of this renovation was replacing the existing all electric heating system with a hydronic heating plant and new pipe distribution system. A new VAV reheat system is being phased in throughout this fully occupied building with the coordination and cooperation of the many existing tenant space occupants. |

Kenosha Movies 14
Kenosha, WI Tinseltown Theater provides Kenosha and surrounding communities with the latest in movie viewing technology. Working with a local general contractor, MPC provided the complete HVAC mechanical system for this 14 screen facility. Installations included packaged rooftop units, air distribution system, condensate and natural gas piping, and concession equipment venting. |

Jelly Belly Store and Distribution Center
Pleasant Prairie, WI HVAC design/Build construction was provided by MPC for this Midwest distribution and candy store facility. The entire 235,000 sq.ft. building required an air conditioned and humidity controlled environment for both their main office and finished goods warehouse. |

Kenosha, WI Located on the corner of Highways 50 & 31, this is the headquarters of Johnson Bank's Kenosha operations. This 3 story building with finished basement is served by a full scale VAV hot water reheat system with DX cooling. A low profile condensing unit hidden on the roof of the drive thru, helps maintain this building's clean lines. |

Lynch GMC Burlington, WI This expanding Burlington, WI GMC dealership selected Martin Petersen Company as their HVAC Design/Build partner for their new 58,000 sq.ft. sales, service and parts facility. For the office/sales support areas, system design included VAV air distribution, radiant floor heating utilizing natural gas and alternative waste oil fuel sources and a Euronvent garage ventilation system. |

Volkswagen of America Pleasant Prairie, WI Serving as Volkswagen's Midwest parts distribution center, this 250,000 sq. ft. air conditioned facility was constructed just minutes from interstate 94. As the Design/Build mechanical contractor on the project, MPC installed 25 packaged rooftop units and several specialty exhaust systems to serve the warehouse area. The 20,000 sq ft executive office space was served by a VAV distribution system with architectural base board heat located at the perimeter full height windows. |

Infinity Dealership Glencoe, IL MPC was contracted to provide the complete mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems for this new high end auto dealership. The HVAC scope of work included the installation of an underfloor vehicle exhaust system, architectural rooftop unit screening, infra-red wash bay heating. The plumbing scope of work included the domestic water, oily waste and vent and sanitary waste and vent piping. |

Highland Park Recreation Center Highland Park, IL This project consisted of a 40,000sq.ft. recreation center addition and 20,000sq.ft. remodeling of an existing golf clubhouse. The addition included a swimming pool area conditioned with a Dectron pool dehumidification unit, a gymnasium with upper level running track and multiple exercise areas utilized packaged heating/cooling rooftop units. An entirely new air distribution system was installed for the addition and the renovation included modification of an existing air handling unit and replacement of another. |
