Antioch, IL

Martin Petersen Company installed the HVAC system for this new 300,000 SF High School. Work was completed on a phased 2 year construction schedule.

Richmond Burton High School

Richmond, IL

As a replacement high school for this expanding community, MPC completed the Plumbing and HVAC installations on this fast paced construction project.  Our coordinated efforts provided this facility with waste & vent piping, domestic water, underground refrigeration, VAV packaged air handling, chilled water and hot water mechanical systems.

Kenosha, WI

Martin Petersen has completed a set of three dormitories on the Carthage College campus. All three buildings were five story dorms with a unique triangle shape and the added challenge of only 8" of ceiling space.  Each floor consisted of suites and a common area. There was a lower level of mechanical space, laundry and resident storage.  Rooms were heated and cooled with individual fan coil units.

Grayslake, IL

Our work on the new 300,000sf state of the art High School included the plumbing competition gym, practice gym, science rooms and art and shop spaces. This building was given the 2004 award of Merit for a K-12 Educational Project from Midwest Construction.

Lemont, IL

Lemont High School consisted of numerous renovations and additions.  The project was multi-phased over a one year period. The project was originally significantly over budget, so Martin Petersen worked with the Architects and Engineers and successfully value engineered over 15% from the HVAC contract.  Upon completion, Martin Petersen provided the owner with an outstanding heating system meeting all expectations.

Lake Forest, IL

This project consisted of a three level remodel and new addition doubling the size of the building.  The existing building was demomolished back to the structure and completely remodeled with a new interior. Additional care had to be taken due to school being in session while the construction was ongoing.

Palatine, IL

Martin Petersen was contracted to complete the plumbing for the state of the art Science/Health/Computer Technology building at the college.  We installed over 13 miles of piping, including domestic water, storm systems, and sanitary waste as well as acid waste systems.

Lake Forest, IL

We completed the plumbing and HVAC on this new three story College dormitory. It was made up of suite style rooms adjoined by individual restrooms.  Each room was served by individual fan coil units, and all public spaces were served by custom Rooftop units.

Gurnee, IL

Martin Petersen installed the plumbing for this new intermediate school for 4th and 5th graders in this growing community.  This school operates two schools under one roof.  Each has it's own Gymnasium, music and art rooms, and then shares the learning resource center and cafeteria and full kitchen in the center. 

Arlington Heights, IL

Martin Petersen did the plumbing work in this complete tear down and reinstall of school locker room, food labs area, and removal and replacement of two 1500 gallon domestic water boilers.  This was a fast track project with demolition and new work completed during the school's summer recess.
