Gurnee, IL

An ideal location near Great America and Gurnee Mills shopping mall, this hotel and water park will be a major destination.  Modeled after the water parks of the Wisconsin Dells, this 400 room hotel and 200,000 SF water park will make an impact for years to come.  MPC provided HVAC and Plumbing for this resort. HVAC systems include a fabric duct system in the pool area, multiple restaurants with specialized exhaust systems and individual PTAC units serving the guest rooms.  Plumbing systems include storm, sanitary and domestic water as well as supporting systems for the pool and water park.

Kenosha, WI

Harbor Park is Kenosha's premier lake front destination. This former Chrysler manufacturing "brown field" site was converted into a housing, marina, and entertainment hot spot. MPC provided design/build HVAC systems to 20 condominium/town home buildings. Each building consisted of 20 - 40 tenants.

Skokie, IL

This was a unique Plumbing project which consisted of re-piping a 12 story hotel and an attached 4 story support building. When walls were opened other major components of plumbing were found to be in failure and needed replacing. Working closely with the owner we were able to take on such a large amount of extra work and maintaining the scheduled end date on this project.

Bartlett, IL

Bartlett is a seven building condo and retail building project in Downers Grove IL. The project was a design build HVAC job. Our work consisted of multi-level garage and retail spaces mixed in with high end condos on the top floors. A separate retail only building makes up the balance of the project.

Downers Grove, IL

Acadia on the Green is a three building condo project in Dowers Grove IL. The project was a design build HVAC job. Our work consisted of multi-level garage and retail spaces mixed in with high end condos on the top three floors.

Racine, WI

Atwater is a multi story condo project on the lakefront in Racine WI. The project was a design build HVAC job. Our work consisted of lower level garage with high end condos on the top three floors.

This multi story adult eldercare apartment and support building featured self contained MagicPak units to serve the resident apartments.  Martin Petersen installed the equipment, ductwork and gas piping in this wood frame building.
