Built in 2003, this 500,000 SF manufacturing facility produces Chrysler's 3.5L engine. To set the 65 pieces of rooftop mechanical equipment, MPC employed a 20,000# capacity sky crane helicopter. In addition to the HVAC, MPC provided a mist collection system to capture exhaust from the machining operations.

Working under a long term Service Maintenance Agreement, MPC has helped the customer extend the life of his HVAC systems. When equipment eventually reaches its service life, MPC is onsite for the replacement.

This 400,000 SF manufacturing facility produces Chrysler's 2.7L engine. MPC provided the HVAC and mist collection system for this building. MPC designed a custom ventilation system for line workers to have individual comfort control, and provided custom sheet metal guarding for much of the new equipment. A reclaim system from the plant's air compressors supplements heat during winter operation.
